This distortion of the General Plan is being made possible by two urban documents processed on different dates: first, the Special Plan DT.10.Puerto PERI-Triana, prepared by the Planning Department itself and, subsequently, subsequent planning permission granted to different phases of the building.

The data below relate to the study were obtained from administrative records for these documents. It was not easy access to them, seeing obliged to require under the administrative jurisdiction so that we facilitate. Now let us see one by one these parameters.

7 .- The nature of the equipment . The General Plan establishes them as Local Amenities ", while the PERI defined as" General System ".
